If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We have a 7 day returns policy. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund. Please check the items you ordered when you receive them, and let us know of problems within 7 days.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
'Clearance' and 'B Grade' items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Send an email to email@example.com explaining your problem. Please include your order number. We will get back to you as soon as we can. If for some reason you cannot send an email, you could use our contact form instead.
We do not charge any fees for returning an item, but the buyer is responsible for any costs incurred returning the items to us. The only exception to this is the restriction on voucher code misusage mentioned on the delivery page.
